We put flexibility first - our terms of cooperation with clients are fixed individually. We always endeavour to prescribe these terms with our clients satisfaction in mind. We are open to any proposals pertaining to the model of cooperation, method of our services and terms of remuneration. We want our clients to look at us as partners who may be helpful in resolving legal problems they encounter whilst performing their business activity.
Below we present general terms of cooperation with our firm.
Security
All services in our firm are supervised by experienced legal counsels.
Operating time
Our team is at your service at each week-day between 9 AM and 4 PM (guaranteed operating time). However, if need emerges our lawyers offer their help also beyond aforementioned office time.
Remuneration
Whilst prescribing the amount of emolument we make use of the lump sum system, system of hourly rates or mixed system that combines lump sum with hourly rates. The choice of one of this models depends on the nature of the task we are assigned to perform, expenditure of work and values we contribute. Irrespective of the chosen model of remuneration we always do our best to make our fee reasonable, both for our clients and for us.
Communication
Distance in the XXI century does not constitue a problem. Likewise, distance is not a problem for our lawyers since our firm uses every method of communication that may enable us to communicate with our clients wherever they happen to be.
Communicativeness
We assume that our clients expect us to perform legible and comprehensible counselling so whilst preparing opinions and advising our clients we tend to avoid legal jargon and the complicated language of bills and acts.
Models of cooperation
We offer our clients two possible models od cooperation: permanent engagement or performance of specific tasks assigned to our lawyers. However in both of these cases we tend to build partnership with our clients. We treat transparency, trust and commitment as our priorities.
Confidentiality
We are obliged to retain in secrecy any information on our clients we gathered whilst our engagement with them.
Conflict of interest
Before deciding to cooperate with a new client we attentively examine whether no conflict on interest emerges.
